Farmer FoodShare
Farmer Foodshare is a food hub in Durham, NC that partners with small to mid-size farms, hunger relief organizations and local institutions to form sustainable, and equitable connections within our food system. Our mission is to increase access to nutrient-dense and locally grown food, while supporting the growth of under-resourced and/or historically marginalized farmers. However, we can’t fulfill this mission on our own and are so energized by individuals and community groups that join us in building resilience and food security. TABLE NC - feeding local kids
TABLE is a non-profit organization that provides hunger relief and nutrition education services to children living in Orange County, North Carolina. Since starting in 2008, TABLE has delivered over 2 million meals to local children.
